About the Developers
T.O'Hora ( Ballina ) Ltd trading as ohorahomes is a second generation construction company founded by Tony O'Hora Snr in 1987. In the early stages the company operated both as a contractor to the civils and commercial sectors along with the development of multi unit housing and apartment schemes. Tony was the first to promote the use of timber frame construction in Enniscrone and Ballina in 1987.

Carrowhubbock Holiday Village
Carrowhubbock Holiday Village in Enniscrone was our first holiday home development consisting of 41 two and three bedroom holiday homes built in the period 1987-1991.
Childers Heights Housing Estate
Childers Heights housing estate in Ballina consisted of 186 three and four bedroom houses and was completed in 1996.
Rathmeel Lawns Housing Estate
Rathmeel Lawns housing estate in Ballina consisted of 22 three and four bedroom houses and was completed in 1998
Cahermore Holiday Village Phase I
Cahermore Holiday Village was our second holiday home development in Enniscrone consisting of 64 two,three and four bedroom homes.
The site was completed in 2002
Ridgepool Hotel & Apartments
The Ridgepool Apartment complex consists of 64 one,two and three bed apartments alongside the 6500m2 Ballina Manor Hotel and was completed in 2002
Cahermore Holiday Village Phase II
Cahermore Holiday Village Phase II is an extension to the Phase I project consisting of 55 three and four bedroom holiday homes

The current principle Anthony O'Hora who is a Chartered Engineer, joined the company on a permanent basis in 1994.The company's policy has always been to construct to a high standard and do the job right the first time, in a safe and efficient manner.
